We represent a number of different insurance companies specializing in Homeowners Insurance which covers your Dwelling Building, Detached Private Structures, Personal Property, Additional Living Expenses and Third Party Liability exposures. There are a number of options to broaden the coverage on your home and personal property such as:

There are two forms of Homeowners Insurance: Comprehensive and Broad.  Both forms of homeowner's coverage provide All Perils on your Dwelling Building (i.e. fire, lighting, explosion, theft, falling object, riot, wind, hail, vandalism, malicious acts, smoke, water escape, theft from vehicle, vehicle impact, accidental damage you do to your own home plus mysterious disappearance).

The Comprehensive policy covers your Dwelling Building (home) AND Personal Property for All Perils like a Personal Articles Floater covers scheduled personal items.  This includes accidental damage you do to your home or personal property and mysterious disappearance, subject to your policy deductible. 

Comprehensive and Broad coverages provide Replacement Cost on both your Dwelling Building and Personal Property.  For newer or fully renovated homes, Guaranteed Building Replacement Coverage may be available.

Seasonal Homeowners or Cottage

Seasonal Homeowners Insurance is similar to your primary Homeowners Insurance. For newer or renovated Seasonal Homes, coverage includes Replacement Cost on your Dwelling Building and Personal Property. Under these broader forms, the insured perils and coverages are similar to your primary Homeowners Insurance and include coverage for damage caused by bears. 

Older Cottages can be insured for just the basic perils of fire, lightning, explosion, smoke, falling object, impact by aircraft, spacecraft or land vehicle, riot, water damage, windstorm or hail for their Actual Cash Value.

Condominium Insurance

Condominium Insurance covers your Personal Property and Third Party Liability exposures which is unique because of the relationship you have with your condominium corporation.  Condominium Insurance includes Betterments and Improvements you have made to your condo as well as Loss Assessments you may face from your Condominium Corporation in the event of a loss. 

Comprehensive or Broad along with Personal Articles Floater coverages are available.  Comprehensive and Broad coverages provide Replacement Cost on your Personal Property.

Farm Insurance

Farm Insurance provides the same property coverage as Homeowners Insurance however differentiates itself with Farm Liability, Farm Outbuildings (i.e. Barns, Quonsets, Grain Bins, Elevators, Storage Buildings, etc.), Farm Machinery, Equipment, Tools & Parts along with Feed, Grain, Chemicals, Fertilizer & Produce, Livestock not to mention Farm Income & Extra Expense.

Rental Dwelling Insurance covers your Dwelling Building and Third Party Liability exposures while protecting your investment.  Optional coverages that may be available include: Contents, Loss of Rental Income, Glass, Tenant Vandalism and Sewer Back-up. Replacement Cost is available if underwriting criteria is met.

Mobile Homeowners Insurance covers your Dwelling Building, Detached Private Structures, Personal Property, Additional Living Expenses and Third Party Liability exposures if underwriting criteria is met. Comprehensive and Broad coverages provide Replacement Cost on your Personal Property only. The Mobile Home is based on Actual Cash Value.
